The scoring including all 29 sites is presented in <br />Attachment 3 and indicates the Oracle site ranks the highest among all sites, with 27 points <br />scored across the various categories. <br />The sites criteria scoring is intended to provide a quantitative screening of the sites, based to <br />the extent possible on objectively measurable criteria. In addition to this scoring, other <br />qualitative factors including community preferences, land use compatibility, sites feasibility and <br />other aspects could also be taken into consideration when evaluating and selecting sites (see <br />discussion below). <br />Accordingly, Attachment 5 to this report consists of a summary from the December 1, 2021 <br />Community Meeting and Attachment 6 consists of all other public correspondence received <br />since the November 10, 2021 Planning Commission meeting. <br />Although a variety of input has been provided, the public comment occurring with greatest <br />frequency urged the City to retain small business centers where feasible, with the majority of <br />the comments expressing concerns about loss of long-time neighborhood -serving commercial <br />uses two shopping centers on Santa Rita Road: Valley Plaza and Mission Plaza. Commenters <br />urged that these two sites in particular, be removed from the list of recommended sites to be <br />included in the sites inventory and environmental analysis. <br />12 of 18 <br />
