The Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby <br /> approve the annexation of the territory described hereafter to the <br /> City of Pleasanton, and does hereby further ordain that the said <br /> territory be and is hereby annexed to the City of Pleasanton. <br /> Said territory is situated in the Township of Pleasanton, <br /> County of Alameda, State of California, and more particularly de- <br /> scribed as follows: <br /> (SEE EXHIBIT "A", ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF) <br /> SECTION 3. As an interim measure and as a holding zone for a <br /> period of ninety (90) days after the completion of these annexation <br /> proceedings, . including the filing of a certified copy of this <br /> ordinance with the Secretary of State of California, the City Coun- <br /> cil does hereby classify and zone said territory described as <br /> follows: <br /> A DISTRICT - AGRICULTURE DISTRICT <br /> SECTION 4. The City Clerk and City Officers shall perform all <br /> acts necessary to complete this annexation. <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting on May 24, 1965. <br /> ADOPTED this June 7, 1965, by the following vote: <br /> AYES: Councilmen.
