The individual hourly rates include salary.overhead and profit based on Woodard&Curran's standard billing rates at the time the work is performed. Woodard&Curran reserves the right to adjust its hourly rate structure at the beginning of the calendar year for all ongoing <br /> contracts. This estimate assumes a 4.5%increase in 2021 rates for work performed in 2022 and 3%for work to be performed in 2023. <br /> 2. Subconsultant cost includes 10%markup. <br /> 3. Other direct costs(ODCs)such as reproduction,delivery,mileage(rates will be those allowed by current IRS guidelines),and travel expenses,will be billed at actual cost plus 10%. <br /> 4. Assumes 23-month project duration. <br /> 5. Senior Technical Approach Review workshop(part of W&C's OA/OC program). <br /> 6. Assumes surveying of 50 manhooles. <br /> 7.
