SECTION 4. Section 14.501 is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> "14.501 Height regulations. No structure within 200 <br /> ft. of any District other than an I District shall ex- <br /> ceed 2 1/2 stories or 40 ft. in height. Beyond this <br /> 200 foot zone no structure shall exceed 5 stories or 80 <br /> ft. in height. Heights above these limits in their <br /> respective areas may be allowed subject to the issuance <br /> of a Conditional Use Permit by the Planning Commission. <br /> However, no building or structure shall be erected to <br /> such a height that it would be detrimental to the light, <br /> air, or privacy of any other structure or use on the <br /> adjacent properties, existing or reasonably to be <br /> anticipated." <br /> <br /> SECTION 5. Section 14.502 is hereby amended to read as <br />follows-: <br /> <br /> "14.502 Area requirements. Min. Lot Area: 15,000 sq. <br /> ft.--Lot CovErage Max. Percent: 40%, exclusive of open <br /> areas devoted to off-street Barking--Front: 20 ft.-- <br /> Side: 10 ft.--Rear: 25 ft. <br /> <br /> SECTION 6. Section 14.700 is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> "14.700 No waste materials or refuse of any kind shall <br /> be dumped upon or permitted to remain upon any part of <br /> a property outside of an enclosed building or other <br /> approved enclosure." <br /> <br /> SECTION 7.
