CITY OF PLEASANTON-AMENDMENT 3 Task 4—Rate Study Report Updates Raftelis will add sections for water and sewer connection fees and drought rates to the water, recycled water, and sewer rate study report(from existing agreement).The cost-of-service and rate calculations will be described in detail so that the nexus between costs and rates/fees is clearly defined and understandable. Comments from City staff will be incorporated into the final report. The following work plan provides a breakdown of the estimated level of effort required for completing each task described and the hourly billing rates for the personnel scheduled to complete the project. In addition, the parcel data purchase cost listed below is only an estimate and will be billed to the City at cost.
