<br /> NOVEMBER 2021 | 6 <br />· Draft and final soil corrosivity analysis and corrosion protection preliminary design TM. <br />· Recommendations for revisions to the City’s Division 0 specifications. Recommendations will be <br />summarized in a brief (two to three pages) TM. <br />· Five hard copies of plans (half‑size), specifications, schedule, and cost estimate for 50 percent, 95 <br />percent, 100 percent, and bid-set submittals. Electronic copies will be provided in the following <br />formats: <br />- Specifications: PDF and word. <br />- Drawings: PDF and AutoCAD <br />- Schedule: PDF and MS Project <br />- Cost Estimate: PDF and Excel. <br />· Response to City’s comments to design deliverables. <br />· 50 and 95 percent workshop agenda and meeting minutes. <br />· Meeting minutes from coordination meeting with the City’s CAD manager. <br />· Meeting minutes from coordination meeting with City staff to discuss site improvements and <br />architecture at Well 8, Well 9, and Well 10 and follow-up renderings based on the meeting. <br />· Meeting minutes from coordination meeting with City staff to discuss design criteria developed <br />during the Basis of Design Report and any required changes. <br />· Meeting minutes from coordination meeting with Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department at <br />50 percent and 95 percent design submittals. <br />· Municipal Regional Stormwater Permit packages. <br />Task 2 Assumptions: <br />· Carollo will perform internal quality control at each submittal. Carollo’s quality manager will sign <br />QA/QC forms for each submittal. <br />· Carollo will consider trenchless methods for the design of upsizing the 14” to 20” pipeline along <br />Santa Rita and where the conveyance pipeline crosses the Kinder Morgan and PG&E utilities near the <br />City’s Operations Service Center. <br />· Surge analysis will begin at each well site, carry through the PFAS treatment system, and into the <br />potable distribution system at the OSC. <br />· Specifications will use the latest CSI Master Format. <br />· City will be responsible for public outreach. <br />· Refer to Attachment A for additional assumptions. <br />Task 3.0 – Field Investigations <br />Task 3.1 – Topographic Survey <br />LCC will provide ortho-photography and detailed ground survey of the Well 5 and 6 sites, new Well 9 site, <br />pipeline alignments, and CTF site. The topographic survey scope of work is included in Attachment B <br />Tasks 1.1 – 1.7. <br />Task 3.2 – Geotechnical Investigation <br />BSK will provide geotechnical field investigation for the Project. The geotechnical investigation scope of work <br />is included in Attachment C Tasks 1 - 11.
