Resolution No. 04-032 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 5. <br /> <br />On Tuesday, the 20th day of July 2004, at the hour of 7:00 pm, the <br />City Council will conduct a public hearing on the question of the <br />levy of the proposed annual assessment. The hearing will be located <br />in the City Council Chambers, 200 Old Bemal Avenue, Pleasanton, <br />California. <br /> <br />Section 6. <br /> <br />The City Clerk is authorized and directed to give the notice of <br />hearing required by the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972. <br /> <br />Section 7.
