CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 04-032 <br /> <br />THE CITY <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />Section 3. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ORDER <br />IMPROVEMENTS IN LIGHTING AND LANDSACPE <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1994-1, OAK TREE FARM <br />(PURSUANT TO THE LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING ACT <br />OF 1972) <br /> <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS <br /> <br />The City Council intends to levy and collect assessments within <br />Landscape and Lighting Assessment District No. 1994-1, Oak Tree <br />Farm during fiscal year 2004-05. The area of land to be assessed is <br />located in the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County. <br /> <br />The improvements to be made in this assessment district are <br />generally described as follows: <br /> <br />The maintenance and repair of designated landscaped areas, open <br />space slopes, fuel transition zones (fire breaks), entry features, open <br />space drainage ditches, irrigation systems, trees in the open space <br />and designated landscaped areas, and the furnishing of water and <br />power for irrigation systems, together with all appurtenant and <br />incidental expenses within Tract 6563 and 6748, and parcels B and <br />C of Parcel Map 6259, City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />In accordance with this Council's resolution directing the filing of an <br />annual report, Philip A. Grubstick, Engineer of Work, has filed with <br />the City Clerk the report required by the Landscaping and Lighting <br />Act of 1972. All interested persons are referred to that report for a <br />full and detailed description of the improvements, the boundaries of <br />the assessxnents upon assessable lots and parcels of land within the <br />assessment district. <br /> <br />Section 4. The City Council approves the report as filed. <br /> <br /> <br />
