No construction materials shall be stored within the public right-of-way. <br /> <br />62. <br /> <br />The applicants are responsible for ensuring that no debris or construction scrap material <br />is placed on any adjoining lot or street and that any such material stored on the site shall <br />be completely removed and the site cleaned prior to occupancy. <br /> <br />63. <br /> <br />All excess soil from the site shall be off-hauled from the site and disposed of in a lawful <br />manner. No stockpiling of dirt on this site shall occur without specific review and <br />approval by the Planning Department. <br /> <br />64. <br /> <br />If archeological materials are uncovered during grading, trenching, or other on-site <br />excavation, all work on site shall be stopped and the City immediately notified. The <br />county coroner and the Native American Heritage Commission shall also be notified and <br />procedures followed as required in Appendix "K" of the Califomia Environmental <br />Quality Act (CEQA). A similar note shall appear on the improvement plans. <br /> <br />65. <br /> <br />Portable toilets used during construction shall be kept as far as possible from existing <br />residences and shall be emptied on a regular basis as necessary to prevent odor. <br /> <br />Fire Department Requirements: <br /> <br />66. <br /> <br />The project shall meet the fire and security requirements in Chapters 20.24 and 20.36 of <br />the Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br /> <br />67. <br /> <br />The project developer shall keep the site free of fire hazards from the start of construction <br />until the final inspection. <br /> <br />68. <br /> <br />The applicants shall post address numerals on the buildings so as to be plainly visible <br />from the adjoining streets during both daylight and night time hours. <br /> <br />Engineering Requirements: <br /> <br />69. <br /> <br />Unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer, all utilities required to serve the <br />proposed units shall be installed underground from the units to the existing joint trench <br />along Fair Street. <br /> <br />70. <br /> <br />The applicants shall pay a pro-rata share for the undergrounding of the existing overhead <br />utility lines on Division Street.
