Adopted and waived full reading of Resolution No. 21-1237 declaring certain property rights <br />necessary for the construction of the Johnson Drive Economic Development Zone Project (T.P. <br />Heritage Inn of Pleasanton, LLC and S.S. Heritage Inn of Pleasanton, LLC, APNS 941-1300-14 <br />and 941-1300-15); adopted and waived full reading of Resolution No. 21-1238 declaring certain <br />property rights necessary for the construction of the Johnson Drive Economic Development Zone <br />Project (Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company, APNS 941-1300-17 and 941-1300-18) <br />City Manager <br />2. Approved second amendment to the professional services agreement with Townsend Public <br />Affairs for legislative advocacy and grant application technical assistance services to increase <br />amount of the agreement by $30,000 for a total amount not to exceed $120,000 <br />Community Development <br />3. Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br />4. Adopted and waived second reading of Ordinance No. 2220 approving a major modification to <br />Planned Unit Development (PUD -114) and minor subdivision to construct and operate a 9,792 - <br />square -foot church and two-story 24,971 -square -foot multi-purpose building with gymnasium on a <br />4.3 -acre portion of the 16 -acre site located at 11300 Dublin Canyon Road <br />Economic Development <br />5. Continued - Adopt and waive second reading of Ordinance No. 2219 extending Ordinance No. <br />2211 for 15 percent cap on commission charges by third -party food delivery services on <br />Pleasanton restaurants for one year <br />Engineering <br />6. Approved plans and specifications, reviewed bids, approved and authorized City Manager to <br />execute a construction contract with Ashron Construction and Restoration, Inc. in the amount of <br />$519,120 for the LPFD Fire Training Tower Repairs Project, CIP No. 21458; authorized the <br />Director of Engineering to approve and execute contract change orders for a contingency amount <br />not -to -exceed $75,530 (approximately 15 percent of the contract); and appropriated $420,000 <br />from the General Fund — Capital Improvement Program Reserve (CIPR), to the Fire Training <br />Tower Repairs Project, CIP No. 21458 <br />7. Approved and authorized City Manager to execute an agreement for purchase of a permanent <br />easement and accept a grant of easement with/from the Dublin San Ramon Service District for <br />widening of Johnson Drive and Stoneridge Drive as part of the Johnson Drive Economic <br />Development Zone <br />Finance <br />8. Accepted the monthly disbursements and investment report for July 2021 <br />Library and Recreation <br />9. Approved and authorized City Manager to execute a two-year as -needed services agreement with <br />PSC Industrial Outsourcing, LP to provide homeless encampment clean-up services starting <br />September 8, 2021, in the amount of $70,000 annually with a total not -to -exceed amount of <br />City Council Minutes Page 2 of 16 September 7, 2021 <br />
