Continued - Adopt and waive second reading of Ordinance No. 2219 extending Ordinance No. <br />2211 for 15 percent cap on commission charges by third -party food delivery services on <br />Pleasanton restaurants for one year <br />Engineering <br />6. Approved plans and specifications, reviewed bids, approved and authorized City Manager to <br />execute a construction contract with Ashron Construction and Restoration, Inc. in the amount of <br />$519,120 for the LPFD Fire Training Tower Repairs Project, CIP No. 21458; authorized the <br />Director of Engineering to approve and execute contract change orders for a contingency amount <br />not -to -exceed $75,530 (approximately 15 percent of the contract); and appropriated $420,000 <br />from the General Fund — Capital Improvement Program Reserve (CIPR), to the Fire Training <br />Tower Repairs Project, CIP No. 21458 <br />7. Approved and authorized City Manager to execute an agreement for purchase of a permanent <br />easement and accept a grant of easement with/from the Dublin San Ramon Service District for <br />widening of Johnson Drive and Stoneridge Drive as part of the Johnson Drive Economic <br />Development Zone <br />Finance <br />8. Accepted the monthly disbursements and investment report for July 2021 <br />Library and Recreation <br />9.
