California black walnut#68 was an off-site tree in <br /> very poor condition with a diameter of 8 inches (Photo 3). Walnut#1320, in the front yard of the <br /> existing house,was 39 inches in diameter and appeared to be standing dead, with a history of limb <br /> removals as stub cuts. <br /> The remaining 4 species were represented by one tree each: <br /> • Persimmon#72, a multi-trunked small tree in poor condition, had an abundant fruit crop <br /> (Photo 4). <br /> • Mulberry#73, a 20-inch diameter tree in fair condition, had been heavily pollarded (Photo 4). <br /> • Pecan#74 was in very good condition with a diameter of 9 inches. <br /> • Chinese pistache#88 was growing in the eastern neighbor's front yard, and was in fair <br /> condition with a diameter of 11 inches. <br /> residential landscapes and <br /> streets, particularly in the Tri-Valley area, and included a few fruit trees.
