ATTACHMENT #1 Contract # 202002 THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT This Third Amendment to Agreement ("Third Amendment") is entered into this day of November 2021 by the City of Pleasanton ("City") and Team Glass, Inc. ("Contractor"). Whereas, on July 01, 2019, the City and Contractor entered into an As -Needed Maintenance and Trade Services Agreement for the repair and installation of glass windows and storefront doors for City facilities ("Agreement"); Whereas, on May 27, 2020, the parties entered into the First Amendment to increase compensation to allow for more work (collectively the "Agreement"); Whereas, on September 15, 2021, the parties entered into the Second Amendment to extend the terms through June 30, 2023, and total compensation was updated to a cumulative amount; and Whereas, the parties desire to amend the Agreement to add additional compensation for the remaining term of the Agreement, Now, therefore, in exchange for valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: Section 3 of the Agreement, "Compensation" is amended to read: "For the term of this Agreement the total Compensation shall have a cumulative amount with a not to exceed of $150,000." 2. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
