11 <br /> THE CITY OF <br /> CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br /> pLE ASANTON. <br /> October 19, 2021 <br /> City Manager <br /> TITLE: REVIEW AND CONSIDER THE RESULTS OF THE 2021 COMMUNITY <br /> SURVEY <br /> SUMMARY <br /> The City of Pleasanton contracted with Fairbank, Maslin, Maullin, Metz & Associates <br /> (FM3) to prepare and conduct a survey of Pleasanton resident satisfaction with City <br /> services and quality of life. The survey was conducted from September 20 — October 1, <br /> 2021 both by telephone and online. The results demonstrated that city residents remain <br /> very satisfied with the quality of life in Pleasanton, again producing some of the highest <br /> ratings in the surrounding area. Curt Below, Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer <br /> of FM3, will discuss the results in detail at the meeting. <br /> The survey provides baseline data for the performance of city staff both in terms of the <br /> ratings of Departments and in the evaluation of the overall professionalism, courtesy <br /> and competence of city employees. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Staff recommends the City Council accept the survey report from FM3. <br />
