ATTACHMENT 1 THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT This Third Amendment to Agreement ("Third Amendment") is entered into this 19' day of October 2021 by the City of Pleasanton ("City") and Preservation Arts (formally SF Art Conservation) ("Contractor"). Whereas, on June 15, 2018 the City and Preservation Arts entered into a Goods and Services Agreement for art conservation services ("Agreement"); and Whereas, the Agreement contemplated the parties ability to extend the Agreement additional years; and Whereas, the parties desire to amend the Agreement during the third of four allowable extensions; Now, therefore, in exchange for valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: Section 1 of the Agreement, "Goods to be provided / services to be performed" is extended through June 30, 2022. 2. Section 2 of the Agreement, "Compensation" is amended for this extension period to include: City shall pay Contractor for services rendered pursuant to this Agreement as described more particularly in Exhibit A. The payments shall be made upon receipt and approval of the Contractor's invoice. Total compensation for services and reimbursement for costs shall not exceed $55,000. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
