NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br /> Pleasanton, based on the entire record of proceedings, including the oral and written staff <br /> reports and all public comment and testimony: <br /> Section 1: <br /> The Planning Commission hereby approves the request of Erica Jasso, Sculptsations, for a <br /> Zoning Certificate and related determination as to conformance with the Active Ground-Floor <br /> Use requirement, for a retail and personal service multi-use within a ground floor tenant space <br /> located at 560 Main Street, subject to the conditions shown in Attachment 1, attached hereto <br /> and made part of this case by reference.
