Services include: professional, artistic, <br /> technical and administrative support for one theatrical production in the Spring of 2022. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Approve the Second Amendment to the Services Agreement with Tri-Valley Repertory <br /> Theatre for theatrical production services in an amount not to exceed $60,000 <br /> (Attachment 1). <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> The proposed Second Amendment to the Services Agreement with the Tri-Valley <br /> Repertory Theatre for theatrical production services is in the amount not to exceed <br /> $60,000 in fiscal year 2021/22. Expenses are offset by revenues derived from ticket <br /> sales. $60,000 has been allocated for this Services Agreement as part of the FY <br /> 2021/22 Operating Budget in the Firehouse Arts Center's Professional Services <br /> account: 00150405-430101. <br />
