Approved increase in the maximum contract aggregate for the on-call consultant services with Hexagon, TJKM and Fehr and Peers from $500,000 to $700,000 (cumulative) Engineering 7. Approved plans and specifications, reviewed bids, and authorized City Manager to award construction contract to VSS International, Inc. in the amount of $446,000 for the Annual Slurry Seal Project, CIP No. 21504; authorized the Director of Engineering to approve and execute contract change order(s) for a contingency amount not-to-exceed $66,900 (approximately 15 percent of the contract) for unforeseen yet necessary related work 8. Approved and authorized City Manager to execute the professional service agreements with the firms of Carlson Management, Inc., 4Leaf, Inc. and Swinerton Management and Consulting to provide on-call construction management, resident engineering, and inspection services for a total aggregate not-to-exceed amount of$1 million between July 20, 2021, and June 30, 2024, with the option of two one-year extensions; authorized the Director of Engineering to approve individual task authorizations up to $100,000 each, and direct that if an individual task authorization is greater than $100,000 it be presented to City Council for consideration 9. Adopted and waived full reading Resolution 21-1232 authorizing the Mayor of the City of Pleasanton to execute two right of way contracts and grant two temporary construction easements to the Alameda County Transportation Commission for the 1-680 Southbound Express Lanes Between State Route 84 and Alcosta Boulevard Project Finance 10. Accepted the monthly disbursements and investment report for May 2021 Operations Services 11. Approved and authorized City Manager to execute a professional services agreement with GHD, Inc. for Computerized Maintenance Management System consulting services from August 1, 2021, to June 30, 2023, in the amount of$476,322 including a ten percent contingency 12. Approved and authorized City Manager to execute agreement with New Image Landscape Company for turfgrass moving and edging services for three years in the amount of $613,743 including a ten percent contingency 13.
