ATTACHMENT 3 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 21- <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON APPROVING MINOR SUBDIVISION MAP P21-0076, <br />THE APPLICATION OF TERRY TOWNSEND <br />WHEREAS, Terry Townsend has applied for Minor Subdivision Map <br />approval to subdivide an approximately 1.67 -acre parcel into two parcels <br />measuring approximately 21,986 square feet (Parcel A) and approximately <br />49,951 square feet (Parcel B) located 2215 Martin Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, the minor subdivision map is submitted in conformance with <br />the PUD application, PUD -141; and <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of September 21, 2021, the <br />City Council considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and <br />recommendations of the City staff and Planning Commission concerning this <br />application; and <br />WHEREAS, the environmental effects of this project were reviewed with the <br />PUD application, PUD -141, and it was determined the project is exempt from <br />additional CEQA review because the project was adequately analyzed in the <br />proposed project was undertaken with the Initial Study/Negative Declaration <br />adopted by the City Council for RZ-97-2 in conformance with the standards of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and <br />WHEREAS, after a review of the materials presented, the Pleasanton City <br />Council reaffirms all the considerations and findings set forth in Planning <br />Commission staff report; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the proposed subdivision is in <br />keeping with the requirements of the PUD development plan, PUD -141. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, <br />DETERMINE, AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br />SECTION 1. Approves the application of Terry Townsend for Minor <br />Subdivision Map approval to subdivide an approximately 1.67 -acre parcel into two <br />parcels measuring approximately 21,986 square feet (Parcel A) and approximately <br />49,951 square feet (Parcel B) located 2215 Martin Avenue, subject to the <br />conditions shown in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference. <br />SECTION 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon the <br />effective date of the ordinance approving the PUD -141. <br />
