An approximately 4,179 -square -foot, two-story single-family residence with an approximately <br />939 -square -foot attached garage and related site improvements would be constructed on <br />Parcel 2. The proposed home would be accessible from Dennis Drive, be set back a <br />considerable distance (i.e., 47 feet) from Dennis Drive, and maintain generous setbacks on the <br />remaining sides.
