Resolution No. 04-027 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Upholds the appeal, thereby approving Case PAP-62 (PDR-356), the <br />application of Ralph Adams for design review approval to construct an <br />approximately 4,588-square-foot, 29-foot high, two-story custom home; <br />two approximately 21-foot high garages totaling 1,350 square feet, an <br />approximately 19-foot high, 240-square-foot, one-story cabana/guest house; <br />and related improvements at 1340 Happy Valley Road, subject to the <br />conditions shown on "Exhibit B," attached hereto and made a part of this <br />case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br />adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING HELD ON MAY 18, 2004 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Ayala, Brozosky, Campbell, Hosterman, and <br />Mayor Pico <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />APPROVED...~ {'~ [~AS TO <br /> <br />Michael H.
