I'm a resident of Laurel Creek Drive and will be materially impacted by any final decisions on this project. Overall I am supportive of the project as long as addition preventive traffic management actions are taken at the corner of Laurel Creek drive and Dublin Canyon Road. You may be aware of the significant historical cut -through traffic issues that impacted the neighborhood. The current partial barrier at the end of the street has helped, however there continues to be cut through traffic in both directions. I am concerned that if nothing is done at the end of the street, the proposed church will aggregate the current cut through traffic problem. I believe the fix is actually simple and I am happy discuss with you or anybody else my ideas. The idea is to place a middle road concrete divider at the intersection so that people can only turn left or right from Laurel Creek onto Dublin Canyon. This would prohibit people from going straight across Dublin Canyon into a church parking lot, and it would stop traffic from illegally turning left from Dublin Canyon onto Laurel Creek drive.
