Ordinance No. <br />Page 8 <br />initiation of construction to monitor construction activities until such time that the biologist <br />determines that it is not needed. (Project Specific Condition) <br />13. AIR FILTRATION: The construction plans submitted for issuance of a building permit shall <br />include the installation of an air filtration system on any heating, ventilation, and air <br />conditioning (HVAC) system on the air intakes (i.e., outside air) serving the new church. <br />The air filtration system shall be a Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value (MERV) 13 air <br />filtration system. (Project Specific Condition) <br />14. AIR INTAKE VENTS: The construction plans submitted for issuance of a building permit <br />shall clearly show that air intake vents on the proposed church and multi-purpose building <br />do not face the 1-580 freeway and they are located as far from 1-580 as practicable, subject <br />to review and approval by the Director of Community Development. (Project Specific <br />Condition) <br />Site Development and Buildina Desian <br />15. BUILDING MATERIALS AND COLORS: The building materials and colors in the <br />Approved Plans shall be stated on the building permit plans. <br />16. PAVING MATERIALS: The color, material, design, and product specifications for the <br />paving materials used on-site shall be in conformance with the Approved Plans and <br />included with the building permit submittal. Any proposed modifications to the final paving <br />design details shall be subject to review and approval by the Planning Division prior to <br />issuance of building permits. <br />17. WINDOWS: Manufacturer type, design, material, and installation details for all windows <br />within the project shall be specified for each unit/building in conformance with the <br />Approved Plans in the building permit submittal. Any proposed modifications shall be <br />subject to review and approval by the Planning Division prior to issuance of building <br />permits. <br />18. SIGNAGE: This approval does not include approval of any signage. If signs are desired, <br />the applicant shall submit a sign proposal to the Planning Division for review and approval <br />prior to sign installation. <br />19. FENCE/WALL: All fencing and walls shall be shown on the construction plans with the <br />building permit submittal. The design and location must be approved by the Planning <br />Division and comply with all setback requirements. <br />20. OUTDOOR STORAGE: There is to be no outdoor storage without prior approval by the <br />City. <br />21. LIGHTING PLAN: The applicant shall submit a lighting plan with the building permit <br />submittal. The plan shall include photometric contours, manufacturer's specifications on <br />the fixtures, and mounting heights. All exterior lighting including landscape lighting shall <br />be directed downward and designed or shielded so as to not shine onto neighboring <br />properties or streets. The photometrics shall be reviewed and approved by the City Traffic <br />Engineer and Director of Community Development prior to building permit issuance. The <br />type and location of all exterior light fixtures shall be reviewed and approved by the <br />Director of Community Development prior to building permit issuance. <br />
