Ordinance No. Page 4 the proposed project would help to implement the purposes of the PUD ordinance by allowing for flexible site standards on the site, allowing the church in the flatter portion of the site near Dublin Canyon Road while protecting Dublin Creek and approximately 9 acres to be retained by the existing church. Staff believes that through the PUD process the proposed project has provided the applicant and the City with a development plan that optimizes the use of this site in a reasonably sensitive manner. As such, the City Council concludes this finding can be made. SECTION 3. The City Council hereby approves the Project, as reflected in the plans dated, "Received June 2, 2021 ", for the Resurrection Greek Orthodox Church located at 11300 Dublin Canyon Road, subject to the Conditions of Approval in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated into this ordinance by reference. SECTION 4. A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after its passage and adoption.
