Y R 2 0 2 1 0 Special Event Total 25 4 3 5 5 *The Annual Greek Festival is a food and cultural showcase weekend that runs from Friday afternoon (usually 5:00pm) through Sunday evening (usually 8:00pm). The festival is open to the entire community, local and neighboring, and attendees typically spend between 1 hour and 3 hours on the site where they can experience Greek food (take out and sit-down), Greek music and dancing, cultural displays, sale of goods from local vendors, and church tours. The attendance at the festival varies but can easily exceed 500 persons and it is the intent of RGOC to secure off-site, overflow parking and shuttle patrons to our location. The envisioned overflow parking site is the business park lot at 11555 Dublin Canyon Road, Pleasanton, CA, approximately'/4 mile from the proposed RGOC site. RGOC is in the process of discussing this possibility with Albertson's Companies, Inc., and intends to secure a comfort letter allowing the use of the site as described. Receptions for weddings/funerals will be in the MPB and, as previously stated, will never occur during Church Liturgies. At conclusion of the wedding/funeral church service, members will proceed to the MPB for the reception. As stated earlier, current 2020 pledged members of the Church is approximately 200; the goal in 20+ years would be to stabilize at 350. Sunday services being the maximum headcount for regular use. Current attendee headcount is listed in the Table 3 below.
