Transportation
SMA currently has a parent-organized carpool system to transport students attending the
existing choir program. This program would be continued and expanded for the music school's
choir program, heritage school program and summer camp program. As proposed, SMA's
parent-organized vanpool includes six vehicles, carrying a total of 36 students to and from
SMA. The remaining 11 students would be transported in four additional vehicles.
No carpool is arranged for the music instrument classes as instruction is primarily one-on-one.
Tenant Space
The exisitng tenant space has 5 classrooms and 9 music instrument practice rooms. Sound
deadening felt has already been installed in the ceiling of each room. No additional tenant
improvement is proposed with this application. Please see Figure 2 for the floor layout. Being a
corner tenant space, its only neighbor is a dance studio.
Figure 2: Floor Plan
__.
-6-,•;,1,1 13116•=1 I r9 b " 1 „, c
a\ y
\ I y T M 1,
njill / / \ ' f
1 T 3070 -JO1G-•• :l0'1p...
k
CLASSROOM
CLASSROOM 1
T-1 11/W ;.Y-r rTIG!Y4 PRAGTIGErrYr M .
yu{I
, "iR/Tl
1ti
1 4._i _.
1 iti o
2 PRAGTtGE
l .3 t- i :
f :.! -90'76- . .
