complete the entire scope of work. On May 12, 2021, two proposals were received
from GHD, Inc. and AutoCene.
Both consultants were interviewed and AutoCene respectfully withdrew from the
process once staff explained the project scope of work. Staff selected GHD, Inc's based
on their proposed qualifications and interview with their project team.
GHD, Inc. has extensive experience working with municipalities infrastructure, in the
planning, developing, and implementation of CMMS solutions that encompass asset
maintenance in water, wastewater, recycled water, stormwater, fleet, parks, streets,
signs and facilities, all components that are within the scope of responsibilities of the
OSD. GHD, Inc. has worked with over 30 CMMS solutions and will look to understand
our system to help the City with current implementation and future recommendations.
GHD, Inc. is software neutral and will provide feedback of the current system and
provide insight into leading competitors.
Staff recommends awarding a professional services agreement with GHD, Inc. to assist
staff with an assessment of the current CMMS software, updated GIS integration and
workflow development to assure that Operations Services provides high quality
essential services that improve and maintain public infrastructure, to protect and enrich
the lives of our community. The term of the agreement is from August 1, 2021, to June
30, 2023.
Submitted by: Fiscal Review: T R;vi-w: Approved y:
Kathleen Yurchak Tina Olson A -n ammond Nelson Fialho
Director of Director of ►,ir- • •f City Manager
Operations and Finance ormation
Water Utilities Technology
Attachment:
1.
