There will need to be monthly (at a minimum) report <br />submissions for SB 1383 activities to facilitate timely inclusion of records in the <br />implementation record. <br />The volume of data and number of stakeholders requires the City to obtain the services <br />of a reporting software system to facilitate the performance of the reporting <br />requirements. <br />3. Collaborators <br />• City Staff and Consultants/Contractors: Negotiate amendment to Franchise <br />Agreement in the areas of reporting and recordkeeping. <br />• StopWaste: Provide information and reports to the City for activities <br />delegated to StopWaste. <br />• PGS: Submit reports to the City, including information the City needs for its SB <br />1383 reporting. <br />• Consultant: Support the City with establishing reporting processes and <br />training. <br />• Other Contractors: Provide records and reports to the City for any SB 1383 <br />activity delegated to a third-party contractor or vendor. <br />4. Schedule <br />Implementation activities are planned to commence immediately upon approval of the <br />Action Plan.
