There will need to be monthly (at a minimum) report submissions for SB 1383 activities to facilitate timely inclusion of records in the implementation record. The volume of data and number of stakeholders requires the City to obtain the services of a reporting software system to facilitate the performance of the reporting requirements. 3. Collaborators • City Staff and Consultants/Contractors: Negotiate amendment to Franchise Agreement in the areas of reporting and recordkeeping. • StopWaste: Provide information and reports to the City for activities delegated to StopWaste. • PGS: Submit reports to the City, including information the City needs for its SB 1383 reporting. • Consultant: Support the City with establishing reporting processes and training. • Other Contractors: Provide records and reports to the City for any SB 1383 activity delegated to a third-party contractor or vendor. 4. Costs The City will have one-time costs of approximately $42,000 to $61,000 for these activities and ongoing costs of from $132,000 to $194,000.
