Nowever, the City shall indemnify and hold Property Owner harmless for all <br />liability caused to third parties by City or its agent and contractors. <br /> <br /> 7. City's remedies. City may bring legal action to collect the sums <br />due as the result of expenses incurred by City, resulting from action under- <br />taken pursuant to Paragraph 6 or City may bring legal action for specific <br />performance. Property Owner agrees that if legal action by City is necessary, <br />Property Owner will pay City the reasonable sum as attorney's fees and court <br />costs. Property Owner shall pay within 30 days of its receipt of an invoice, <br />the cost incurred by City to maintain the landscaping, and in the event prompt <br />payment is not tendered, interest at a rate not to exceed 10% may be applied. <br /> <br /> 8. Notices.
