2.1.3 West Las Positas Boulevard. The area <br /> <br />described in Section 1.1.3 (including area lighting); <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> 2.1.4 Santa Rita Road. Central medians for <br /> <br />Santa Rita Road between Pimlico Drive and West Las <br />Positas Boulevard, inclusive of said intersections. <br />2.2 Maintenance Requirements. The Association <br />shall at its sole expense maintain all street lighting <br />within the areas described in Section 2.1. Maintenance <br />shall include the payment of all charges for electrical <br />usage, all cost of ownership charges, if any, and the care <br />of all street lighting electroliers and bulbs, including <br />repair and replacement where necessary; provided that the <br />Association's obligations under this section with respect to <br />the area described in Section 2.1.1 shall not include the <br />replacement or repair of street lighting electroliers unless <br /> <br />ownership of said electroliers is conveyed to the <br /> <br />Association or the City. <br /> 2.3 Term of Maintenance Obligations. The <br /> <br />Association's obligations under Section 2.2 shall commence <br />upon the later of (i) the date of this agreement, or (ii) <br />the date upon which the City Council of the City accepts <br /> <br />ownership of the street improvements and other public <br />improvements under construction and shall continue <br />throughout the term of this agreement, unless terminated as <br />provided in Section 6.3. <br /> <br />-9- <br /> <br /> <br />
