A source of odors is proposed to be located near existing or planned sensitive receptors, or <br />2. Accessed January 6, 2021. <br /> <br />Project Construction <br />Diesel exhaust and ROGs would be emitted during construction of the proposed project, which may <br />be objectionable to some; however, emissions would disperse rapidly from the project site and <br />therefore would not create objectionable odors affecting a substantial number of people. As such, <br />construction odor impacts would be less than significant.
