The subject site is situated between Stoneridge Mall to the north, and the Kaiser <br /> medical office facility to the west. A mix of office and residential uses exist to the south <br /> across Stoneridge Drive and east across Stoneridge Mall Road. Interstates 580 and 680 <br /> are situated nearby, to the north and east. The Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) West <br /> Dublin/Pleasanton station is within a half mile of the subject site to the north. The new campus is intended to allow 10x Genomics to <br /> consolidate and expand these existing operations, with a multi-phased buildout over the <br /> next several years. <br /> 3 <br />
