Routine cemetery management, <br /> sales and burial coordination is performed by an outside contractor. Staff solicited <br /> proposals for cemetery services and received one proposal from Graham Hitch <br /> Mortuary. Graham Hitch Mortuary, a Pleasanton-based business, has provided the City <br /> of Pleasanton with cemetery management, sales and burial coordination since July 1 , <br /> 2016. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Approve Professional Services Contract for Cemetery Management, Sales and Burial <br /> Coordination to Graham Hitch Mortuary. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> The total annual not-to-exceed cost for cemetery management, sales and burial <br /> coordination is $98,000 which is included in the Cemetery Fund FY 2021/22 budget. <br />
