<br /> All that certain real property situated in the City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California,
<br /> described as follows:

<br /> BEGINNING at a point on the northeastern line of Parcel C,as said parcel is delineated and so designated
<br /> on that certain Record of Survey No. 316, filed March 13, 1968, in Book 7 of Record of Surveys at pages
<br /> 9 through 12 thereof, Records of Alameda County, California, said Point of Beginning also being the
<br /> northeasterly corner of the parcel described in the Grant of Easement from Alameda County Flood Control
<br /> and Water Conservation District to the State of California,dated September 5, 1978,and recorded October
<br /> 16, 1978,in Reel 5627 of Official Records at image 306 thereof(78-201573),Records of Alameda County,
<br /> California; thence along the northern line of said parcel of land (78-201573), North 83°51'57" West,
<br /> 11.70 feet to a point thereon; thence leaving said northern line,westerly and northwesterly on the arc of a
<br /> curve to the right, tangent at last said point to a course which bears North 75°06'07" West, the radius of
<br /> which curve is 425.75 feet, through a central angle of 33°43'09", a distance on said arc of 250.56 feet to
<br /> a point thereon, tangent at last said point to a course which bears North 41°22'58" West; thence North
<br /> 48°37'02"East, 67.50 feet; thence southeasterly on the arc of a curve to the left,tangent at last said point
<br /> to a course which bears South 41°22'58"East,the radius of which curve is 358.25 feet,through a central
<br /> angle of 29°03'08", a distance on said arc of 181.65 feet to a point on the aforesaid northeastern line of
<br /> Parcel C, Record of Survey No. 316, tangent at last said point to a course which bears South 70°26'06"
<br /> East;thence along said northeastern line, South 16°25'26"East, 78.32 feet to the point of commencement.
<br /> Containing 0.345 (15,017 square feet), more or less, and being a portion of said Parcel C,
<br /> Record of Survey No. 316, and being also a portion of that certain parcel of land described in the deed
<br /> from Freeway Industrial Investment Company,a California limited partnership,to Alameda County Flood
