<br /> TOGETHER WITH all those certain rights, including access rights, described in said deed(Instrument

<br /> "This conveyance is made for the purpose of a freeway and the grantor hereby releases and relinquishes
<br /> to the grantee any and all abutter's rights of access, in and to the traveled way within the limits of the
<br /> property herein described."
