§18.08.058 add definition of body art facility. §18.08.407 refine definition of personal service. §18.12.030 harmonize code so that administrative extension of an approval is subject to existing Chapter 18.144 Appeals process. §18.20.010 amend to reflect current practice (as staff has not provided council with design review reports regarding minor additions since 2006). §18.20.040 add same language as in §18.20.010.B for design review approval for modifications to historic homes. This was a typographical error from the 2015 change. §18.44.080 formalize practice that circuses and carnivals in Regional Commercial zoning district are subject to temporary conditional use permit; and clarify where body art facility is allowed. §18.56.030 add back the list of accessory uses adopted in 2003 by Ord. 1880, but erroneously removed in 2019 by Ord. 2194 which had recently amended this chapter. §18.68.040 correct internal reference. §18.74.020 add back map of Downtown Hospitality Area and text which was inadvertently deleted. S18.74.130 correct error in Ord. 1225 where was text mislocated. Proposed change to return text to correct location. §18.78.070 move two zoning maps (which were mistakenly moved into this section) to the end of Chapter 18.78 West Foothill Road Corridor Overlay District. §18.80.060 correct typographical error. §18.80.070 correct internal reference. §18.84.090 correct typographical error from 2002 amendment. §18.96.040 correct internal reference and reflect actual practice of signs reviewed by Zoning Administrator. Resolution amending the Master Fee Schedule. The Master Fee Schedule is proposed to be amended by resolution (Attachment 2) to correct reference to business license tax (not fee) per Chapter 5.12.
