THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED <br /> Commissioner Allen stated she really liked the design of the buildings and the quality of the <br /> project. <br /> Commissioner Gaidos agreed with Commissioner Allen. <br /> Commissioner Pace expressed his excitement about the project. <br /> Commissioner Ritter moved to approve Case P21-0136. <br /> Commissioner Pace seconded the motion. <br /> ROLL CALL VOTE: <br /> AYES: Commissioners Allen, Brown, Gaidos, Pace, and Ritter <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> Resolution PC-2021-05 approving Case P21-0136 was adopted as submitted. <br /> MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW/ACTION/INFORMATION <br /> 6. Actions of the City Council <br /> Ms. Clark noted there had not been a City Council meeting since the last Planning <br /> Commission meeting, therefore no items to report. <br /> 8. Ms. Soo stated the trash enclosure doors <br /> would not encroach on parking and parking would be restricted during trash collection times. <br /> Mark Hoffman provided his support related to the project and mentioned the design would <br /> improve the existing look of the building. <br /> Ed Broome provided his support related to the project and asked if the mature pine trees would <br /> be removed.
