She requested <br /> signage at the project announcing the next meeting and how the public could provide <br /> comments. <br /> Chair Brown requested a tree analysis. He asked if the Planning Commission could restrict the <br /> Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) in terms of residents or tenants. Ms. Clark stated there were <br /> limitations on ADUs being used as transient rental purposes, or nightly rentals. She stated the <br /> PUD could not restrict long term rental of the ADU. Chair Brown stated the property was <br /> unique and passionately cared about by the community, in part due to the Barone's success. <br /> He asked if there was additional opportunity for public input. Ms. Clark stated the public could <br /> continue to send comments and suggestions to staff. <br /> Commissioner Allen suggested the developers conduct meetings with the public to obtain <br /> public support, sharing various designs to come up with what they thought was a winning <br /> proposal for them and for the public, a win-win that benefitted the community and developer <br /> and property owner, leading to an even more productive workshop. <br /> 7. PUD-114-01M, Guy Houston for Resurrection Greek Orthodox Church, 11300 Dublin <br /> Canyon Road — Work Session to discuss an application for Planned Unit Development <br /> (PUD) Major Modification to PUD-114, to include a Minor Subdivision and Conditional Use <br /> Permit (CUP) to construct and operate a 24,971-square-foot church and community center <br /> at 11300 Dublin Canyon Road.
