MEETING MINUTES <br /> DRAFT <br /> Wednesday, March 24, 2021 <br /> This meeting was conducted via teleconference in accordance with Governor Newsom's Executive <br /> Orders N-20-20 and N-35-20 and COVID-19 pandemic protocols. <br /> CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE, AND ROLL CALL <br /> The teleconference meeting of the Planning Commission of March 24, 2021 was called to <br /> order at 7:02 p.m. by Chair Brown. <br /> The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Commissioner O'Connor. <br /> Staff Members Present: Ellen Clark, Community Development Director; Melinda Denis, <br /> Planning and Permit Center Manager; Julie Harryman, Assistant <br /> City Attorney; Megan Campbell, Associate Planner; Sachiko Riddle, <br /> Planning Office Assistant; Zack Reda, Management Analyst <br /> Commissioners Present: Commissioners Nancy Allen, Matt Gaidos, Greg O'Connor, <br /> Brandon Pace, Herb Ritter, and Chair Justin Brown <br /> Commissioners Absent: None <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> Community Development Director Ellen Clark advised the Commission that Item 7 - <br /> Resurrection Greek Orthodox Church located at 11300 Dublin Canyon Road was continued to <br /> the next Planning Commission meeting on April 14, 2021. <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR - Consent Calendar items are considered routine and will be enacted by one <br /> motion unless a request for removal for discussion or explanation is received from the Planning <br /> Commission or a member of the public by submitting a speaker card for that item. <br /> Commissioner Allen reviewed her proposed four amendments to the February 24, 2021 <br /> Planning Commission meeting minutes. <br /> Commissioner Pace requested the minutes be amended as requested by Commissioner Allen <br /> and brought back before the Commission. <br /> Planning Commission Minutes Page 1 of 12 March 24, 2021 <br />
