The other change orders addressed minor alterations including additional <br /> striping, adjustments for crack sealing quantities and increases in the cost of oil for the <br /> asphalt in accordance with the contract documents. <br /> Econoloite, the City's on-call traffic contractor, installed video detection equipment at <br /> eight major signalized intersections within the limit of project for $35,422.
