The analysis reveals all 8,400 linear <br />feet of wall need to be replaced. The cost to replace all <br />walls, as well as landscaping on public side of walls <br />while respecting the various improvements on private <br />side of the wall, is estimated to be $5 million. Design <br />has not yet begun. <br />X X <br />Conduct an Amador Theater Facility <br />Assessment <br />Assess the structural needs of the Amador Theater to <br />improve and enhance the arts programming in the <br />community. The commission has also <br />identified the need for construction of a small out <br />building (300-500 sq. ft.) to accommodate accessible <br />restrooms, a warming kitchen, and storage. The <br />commission is currently evaluating options to provide <br />additional parking at or near the facility.
