This Amended <br />Agreement shall run with the land and be binding upon any <br />and all heirs, assigns, and successors in interest of Owner <br />having an interest in the Property. <br />D. Recordation. Upon execution of this Amended <br />Agreement, the parties shall promptly arrange for its <br />recordation, or recordation of a short form thereof. <br />E. Captions and References. The captions of the <br />paragraphs and subparagraphs of this Amended Agreement are <br />solely for convenience of reference, and shall be <br />disregarded in the construction and interpretation of this <br />Amended Agreement. References herein to a paragraph, <br />subparagraph or exhibit are to the paragraphs, subparagraphs <br />and exhibits of this Amended Agreement. <br />F. Exhibits. The following exhibits to which <br />reference is made in this Amended Agreement are deemed <br />incorporated herein in their entirety: <br />Exhibit A - Assignments of sewer permits <br />Exhibit B - Evidence of satisfaction of <br />LAVWMA conditions <br />G.
