S. Postal <br />Service return receipt. Any party may change its address <br />for notice by giving ten (10) days' notice of such change in <br />the manner provided for in this Paragraph. <br />9. Term of Agreement. The term of this Amended <br />Agreement shall commence on the effective date hereof <br />determined pursuant to Paragraph 1, and shall continue until <br />October 10, 1993. <br />10. Miscellaneous. <br />A. Construction. As used in this Amended <br />Agreement, and as the context may require, the singular <br />includes the plural and vice versa, and the masculine gender <br />includes the feminine and neuter and vice versa. <br />B. Severability. If any part of this Amended <br />Agreement is held invalid, the remaining terms and <br />conditions shall not be affected unless their enforcement <br />under the circumstances would be unreasonable, inequitable <br />17 <br />
