"5.03 APPLICATION. The subdivider of a minor subdivis ion <br /> shall file an application with the City Clerk on a form <br /> prescribed by the City of Pleasanton. The application <br /> shall be accompanied by a fee of $25.00 which will not <br /> be refundable, together with four (4) copies of a map <br /> showing the land to be subdivided, properly and accurately <br /> drawn to scale, and with sufficient additional informa- <br /> tion to determine accurately the boundaries of the <br /> proposed subdivision. Such map shall be certified as <br /> to accuracy by a registered civil engineer, or licensed <br /> surveyor. If all lots in the proposed subdivision are <br /> ten (10) acres or larger, the City Engineer may permit <br /> a sketch of the land in place of the map. The City <br /> Engineer will refer said map or sketch to all public <br /> utilities for review. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4.
