CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 494 <br /> <br /> AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 309 (ZONING ORDINANCE) <br /> TO CHANGE FEES FOR ADMINISTRATIVE AND ZONING <br /> PROCEDURES, AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 358 <br /> (SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE) CONCERNING FEES <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OR PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 309 (Zoning Ordinance) as amended, <br />is hereby further amended by changing a portion of Article 19, <br />Administrative Procedures, at Section 19.300 through 19.303, and <br />by adding Sections 19.304 and 19.305, to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "19.300 Fees for filing applications shall be: <br /> <br /> b. Site Plan and Architectural Approval, $10.00 <br /> c. Landscape Approval, $10.00 <br /> <br /> 19.302 Conditional Use Permit, $35.00 <br /> 19.303 Variance, $15.00 <br /> <br /> 19.304 Planned Unit Development Approval, $100.00 plus <br /> $1.00 for each acre in excess of 10 acres <br /> <br /> 19.305 General Plan Amendment, $100.00." <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Section 22.101, concerning amendments of bound- <br />aries of districts, is hereby changed to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "22.101 Amendment may be initiated by the City Council <br /> or the Planning Commission on their own motion. One <br /> or more owners of property affected may propose an <br /> <br /> by a fee of $100.00, no part to t n <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. Ordinance No. 358 (Subdivision Ordinance) as <br />amended, is hereby further amended by changing Section 5°03 to <br />read as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
