Figure 3: Proposed Site Plan In addition to the on-site access and circulation, and consistent with the approved street improvement plan, the applicant is proposing to: 1) construct a six -foot -wide bicycle lane along Dublin Canyon Road; 2) construct a five -foot -wide sidewalk/path on the north side of Dublin Canyon Road; 3) construct an eastbound turn pocket on Dublin Canyon Road to access the project; 4) construct a westbound deceleration lane into the project; 5) construct curbs and gutters on the north side of Dublin Canyon Road; and underground all utilities on the north side of Dublin Canyon Road. Arrhifnrfi ira As proposed, the multi-purpose building is simply designed to include cement plaster with stone accents, window trims, and tile roofing. The main focus of the site will be centered around the church building which includes more finely detailed finishes, entry, and dome. The proposed multi-purpose building is proposed to be 31 -feet, 8 -inches measured to the highest peak or ridge. The proposed church building is proposed to be approximately 33 -feet for the majority of the building with the dome extending up to a height of 53 -feet, 6 -inches measured to the peak of the done.
