Figure 3: Proposed Site Plan <br />In addition to the on-site access and circulation, and consistent with the approved street <br />improvement plan, the applicant is proposing to: 1) construct a six -foot -wide bicycle lane along <br />Dublin Canyon Road; 2) construct a five -foot -wide sidewalk/path on the north side of Dublin <br />Canyon Road; 3) construct an eastbound turn pocket on Dublin Canyon Road to access the <br />project; 4) construct a westbound deceleration lane into the project; 5) construct curbs and <br />gutters on the north side of Dublin Canyon Road; and underground all utilities on the north side <br />of Dublin Canyon Road. <br />Arrhifnrfi ira <br />As proposed, the multi-purpose building is simply designed to include cement plaster with <br />stone accents, window trims, and tile roofing. The main focus of the site will be centered <br />around the church building which includes more finely detailed finishes, entry, and dome. The <br />proposed multi-purpose building is proposed to be 31 -feet, 8 -inches measured to the highest <br />peak or ridge. The proposed church building is proposed to be approximately 33 -feet for the <br />majority of the building with the dome extending up to a height of 53 -feet, 6 -inches measured <br />to the peak of the done.
