located to the west (left) of the existing building includes an outdoor sink and counter area. The <br />outdoor terrace areas would be enclosed with a four -foot -tall tubular steel fence and plaster <br />walls. <br />New landscaping would be installed along Hopyard Road, near the terrace areas, and at the <br />new walkway/fence on the north side of the building. The planting includes a variety of trees at <br />either 15 -gallon or 24 -inch box sizes, shrubs, vines, and groundcovers. <br />In addition, a new trash enclosure would be constructed on Chabad's property. It would be <br />located to the southwest of the existing building, adjacent to the western outdoor terrace. The <br />design of the trash enclosure compliments the new building facility.
