CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> February 16, 2021 <br /> This meeting was conducted in accordance with Governor Newsom's <br /> Executive Orders N-25-20 CO VID-19 pandemic protocols. <br /> REGULAR MEETING <br /> Mayor Brown called the teleconferenced regular meeting of the City Council from various remote <br /> locations to order at the hour of 7:00 p.m. Councilmember Narum led the Pledge of Allegiance and <br /> provided opening remarks. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Councilmembers Arkin, Balch, Narum, Testa, Mayor Brown <br /> Absent: None <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> None <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Mayor Brown opened the public hearing. There being no speakers, the public hearing was closed. <br /> City Council <br /> 1. Adopted and waived full reading of Resolution 21-1200 requesting that the Alameda County <br /> Board of Supervisors allocate adequate resources and provide policy direction to ensure an <br /> equitable, inclusive, and transparent Supervisor redistricting process consistent with best <br /> practices <br /> City Manager <br /> 2. Approved minutes of January 30, 2021 <br /> 3. Adopted and waived full reading of Resolution 21-1201 to make the Energy and Environment <br /> Committee a permanent committee <br /> Community Development <br /> 4. Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br /> 5. Adopted and waived full reading of Resolution 21-1202 approving the Altamont Settlement <br /> Agreement Education Advisory Board's Expenditure Plan for fiscal year 2021/2022 <br /> Engineering <br /> 6.
