Section 18-A.402. The future width line for Tassajara Road <br /> is generally described as follows: <br /> <br /> All that property situated in the City of Pleasanton <br /> and Pleasanton Township, Alameda County, California, <br /> further described as follows: <br /> <br /> A 128 foot wide right-of-way from Santa Rita <br /> Road northerly to U.S. Highway 580, eccentric <br /> about the existing 56 foot wide right-of-way <br /> of Tassajara Road, with 8 foot additional right- <br /> of-way widening on the east side and 64 feet of <br /> additional right-of-way widening on the west side. <br /> The transition from Tassajara Road to Santa Rita <br /> Road shall be a 128 foot wide right-of-way con- <br /> centric about a broken back curve of two parts, <br /> both having an 880 foot centerline radius and con- <br /> nected by a tangent of 139.46 foot length, and <br /> connecting with the existing centerline of Santa <br /> Rita Road to the new centerline of Tassajara Road <br /> as established above. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be published once in "THE <br /> <br />TIMES", a newspaper of general circulation published within the <br /> <br />City, and shall become effective thirty days after adoption° <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of Pleasanton on May 8, 1967. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> <br />of Pleasanton on May 15, 1967, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmen Rega, Re id and Harding <br /> <br /> NOES: None <br /> <br /> ABSENT: Councilmen Gerton and Long <br /> <br /> W~RREN R.
