CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 483 <br /> <br /> ESTABLISHING FUTURE STREET WIDTH LINES <br /> FOR SANTA RITA ROAD AND FOR TASSAJARA ROAD, <br /> AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 309 (ZONING ORDINANCE) <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 309 (Zoning Ordinance) adopted <br />April 18, 1960, is hereby amended by adding new sections to <br />Article 18-A, establishing special building and future street <br />width lines for Santa Rita Road and for Tassajara Road, to read <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 18-A.300. SANTA RITA ROAD. <br /> There are hereby established the following future <br /> street width lines for Santa Rita Road for the area <br /> presently within the City Limits and for areas to be annexed <br /> to the City at a future date. <br /> <br /> Section 18-A.301. The precise plan for this future street <br /> is shown on the plan prepared by the City of Pleasanton, <br /> Department of Public Works, Division of Engineering, <br /> entitled "Future Street Width Lines, Santa Rita Road", <br /> dated May 8, 1967, which plan is on file in the Department <br /> of PUblic Works. <br /> <br /> Section 18-A.302. The future width line for Santa Rita <br /> Road is generally described as follows: <br /> <br /> A 128 foot wide right-of-way from Valley Avenue <br /> northerly to the intersection with Tassajara Road, <br /> the centerline of which shall be the existing <br /> centerline of Santa Rita Road. <br /> <br /> Section 18-A.400. TASSAJARA ROAD. <br /> There are hereby established the following future <br /> street width lines for Tassajara Road, from Santa Rita <br /> Road northerly to U.S. Interstate 580. <br /> <br /> Section 18-A.401. The precise plan for this future street <br /> is shown on the plan prepared by the City of Pleasanton, <br /> <br /> <br />
