This letter summarizes <br /> the scope of work that will be provided by TJC and Associates, Inc. (TJCAA). <br /> Please review, and if acceptable, this letter may serve as the basis for a Scope of <br /> Work to be included in an agreement for the associated engineering services. <br /> Project Understanding <br /> Earlier this year, the City selected the TJCAA team to provide preliminary design <br /> and final design for ventilation and lighting improvements for two City Lift <br /> Stations: LS 7 and LS 8.
